So it turns out SunVox has randomization options
Just found this by accident yesterday, lol: double tap on the controller section of a module (left side of the screen) and it will bring up a controller properties window, in which you can randomize one or all of the different controllers for that module.
The mystery of SunVox is constantly unravelling.

Reading the change log, this is a relatively new feature, as of the 1.9 update on July 15th 2015. I guess I just missed it.
Kind of cool, within this new control properties window there's also a button to assign the value to the pattern to get some automation going. So you set the cursor in the pattern to where you want the value assigned, set the value, tap the assign value button, move the cursor to the next position where you want a change to take place, etc. A lot easier than entering each value separately (module, controller, etc.).
This new window also has midi in, so you can assign a midi controller to a specific module control, and control it that way.
Crazy deep.

Thanks for this, every dispatch from the front line is appreciated-
I love the feeling of being a Cold War Soviet when using it.
You can even swith the language to Russian now. Pretty sure that's a recent update. Just remember the menus and prompts for switching it back.
Ha I won't go that far. I'll just pretend to be a defector.
