  • Exciting times! Have never really found a good & easy way to create ideas on iPad then bring them into my main rig, fingers crossed this looks like it could be a great solution!

That's probably why it's showing as having issues in Logic Pro X

  • @ashh exactly, this means nothing at the moment. Probably not worth trying to load it on MacOS.

BUT the bigger news is that Michael has said that it will eventually be available for MacOS. I have no idea what the timeline would be, for sure not till after any 1.0 issues have been sorted on the iOS version.

Wow, dropping the D word like that. Brave!

  • I have not tested this with Loopy Pro, but if you are desperate for use Loopy Pro in a M1 Mac, Audio Evolution Mobile Studio is able to load all the AUv3 iOS units available on your Mac, even those that fail to load in Logic Pro.

  • Loopy Pro might load in Logic, etc. fine if you enable it anyway and ignore the validation failure. That failure is only because the manufacturer code isn't a valid format. Not having auval on iOS makes it a bit of a pain when you start to bring AU's over to the Mac.

  • I got Loopy Pro to load in Logic Pro. I'm impressed.

I have AEM for Android, iOS and Windows. May as well complete the set.

    Unless it's available for Linux?

Audio Evolution Mobile Studio is a universal app. If you have the iOS one, you can install on your Mac from the App Store.

  • Has anyone got Loopy Pro to record anything in Logic Pro or any other DAW.
I can load wav files and play them but that's about it.
