Hey, it’s Patrick from the Garageband Guide. Hope all is well.
Hello sir! All good here, hope you’re well and have a good new year when it comes!
Nice vid, didn’t know about lrc7 so trying it now 😂
Thanks for showing off LRC7. I've been a bit distracted from a giant semi-natural disaster that happened nearby so I haven't been paying much attention to things. But, I did notice a giant uptick in downloads of LRC7 -- actually pushed it above LRC5 for the first time. The timing corresponds exactly with the release of your vid, so thanks again!
I've gotta say that I really like the UI on Rymdigare. I think I'll have to go get it just so I can play around with the controls.
Wonderful, fun, video, Patrick. Thx for posting. Amazingly, I already have six of the apps you feature. Adding LRC will make it seven. I must finally be a steely eyed iOS man. 😎😱🙏
@NeonSilicon giant semi natural disaster - could be anything climate related at this point.
/me nods from Boulder, CO
True and probably is related in this case, but the semi-natural in this one likely involves more direct human involvement.
Yeah, that would be the one. You OK from this?
Yes, I am in Gunbarrel and wasn't directly affected. You OK?

Yeah, we're all good here. We are pretty close to the NW edge of the evacuation zone. It feels weird to say this, but the strength of the wind probably drove the fire away from our area. The smoke was huge from our windows, but the wind kept even most of that from hitting our neighborhood.

Glad to hear it. This wildfire feels like the sort of thing that should be a wake-up call, but won't be.
Yeah, I agree. But, I do feel hopeful overall. We are finally seeing significant movement.
This kind of stuff will happen even more as the west dries out even more. 7 states are in and have been in drought conditions for years, and the Colorado river is VERY depleted ( I’m in California so I apologize for the asswipes and people who think they need grass lawns here)
Glad you are all safe
On a more musical note:
The Garage .. Band … Guide is a great channel
