SynthMaster One iPhone crashing on preset loading and further AUv3 problems

After recommendation of this forum for music production regarding iOS, I hope somebody here can give me some input or any kind of solution possibilities / workarounds.
So here we go:
I got severe problems with SynthMaster One on iOS (14.7.1 iPhone X and 12.5.4 iPad Mini 2)!
The App crashes, closes, shuts down (without any error message!) when:
Opening self saved presets or online presets. Everything other than the default factory presets leading into crash (app shutdown). In desktop version saved presets via iTunes same crash on loading. Standalone and as AUv3 (if it got load - see next point!) same problems with presets.
Loading as AUv3/IAA in GarageBand gives error message "not installed". Reinstallation doesn't fix the problem. In Audio Evolution Mobile Studio I can open SM1 as AUv3 (IAA crashes while loading too) - but if I open a saved project with SM1, the track is useless AUv3 not working, no reloading possible. Only new track makes loading possible - therefore rendering DAW work completely impossible with SM1. Too bad cause really like its sound and options...
I use the newest version 1.5.5 (got it right with the update before a week ago). Got started with the sm player version before which had none of the mentioned problems - everything worked fine technically.
The WLAN turning off thing I read on this forum doesn't do anything (if I remember correctly it was meant for specific file lookup related startup problems).

I had exactly the same problem - Synthmaster1 (for iPhone) would crash without warning whenever I tried to load a user patch - even a user patch I'd just created and saved in the same session. It didn't matter whether it was running standalone or in a host - it always crashed when I tried to reload a user patch.
I reported it to the developers by raising a ticket through the app and directly by email to their support address a number of times but I never received a single reply or even an acknowledgement of my contact/ticket.
I ended up deleting Synthmaster1 and reinstalling it. This now allows me to save and reload user patches - however all of my old user patches are gone
Clearly the developers had shifted all of their focus to firefighting all of the bugs being raised in Synthmaster2 so I was left with the conclusion at that time that Synthmaster1 was abandonware.
Shame, as I had liked it back when it worked*
The experience has put me off using it now (even if it does work currently) as it clearly cannot be relied upon to reload patches in the future - and to be honest I was disappointed with the developers' lack of even an acknowledgement of my contact/support ticket.
attakk, thanks for your fast answer. As said, reinstallation doesn't help in my case neither. Oh wait: the very first app start works! Then it's over...
Hoping for official support - just opened a ticket - but after your description that doesn't sound very promising. I've seen the chief of kv331 as far as I know here answering on the forum (or someone stole his name;)) - Bulent?
I already thought of buying the new synthmaster 2 for ios, but if this one is not working (and after further reading about many instability problems on the complete synthmaster series) I rethink of buying another product especially on iOS... Desktop versions also crashing now and then (my own experience), but otherwise correct functioning and intact preset-save & load helping a lot;) ;(

I contacted the developers from that page this month.
I received an auto-reply email right away.
A few days later, I received a direct reply email from the developer.
(Sending an email to OB-XD was also in the form of sending it from the website.)

responsive customer service is such an important thing.
I don't expect answer within a few hours (that's valid for AEMS - thumbs up!)... but 48h should be manageable. At least a notice "in progress" or something like that if it's a more complicated thing...
Regarding the problem:
Interesting that it's on iOS 12.5.4 and 14.7.1 and on different devices happening in the same way. I assume it's a deeper kind-of "core" problem. But I'm not the developer, so hopefully just a wrong routine in the preset browser or whatever;) Just wondering I couldn't find mentioning this specific but major problem anywhere on the net... maybe iOS music development not as far as expected coming from desktop DAW music creation...

not knowing if good or bad news, but at least some new insights:
Before registering (unregistered product): preset save, import, loading and switch, everything working fine! Even after x restarts.
Hypothesis: The error stands in correlation to the registration state of the product (which unfortunately being necessary for not getting only 200 patches on iphone version) or downloading the extra presets. Ok.
Step 2: New Install: Next I created a totally fresh account only for registering WITHOUT downloading the +100 bonus presets.
The result: The error occurs. So it has nothing to do with a change in presets. It's just the registration after which the mentioned problems evolve. To emphasize: This is true for a totally new account on BOTH of my DEVICES and OSes!
I'm convinced that somebody here on the forum could reproduce/evolve this behavior.
@attakk : I bet yours is not registered! Please let me know...

Any updates with this? I’m using the iPhone version and lost a ton of my presets when the app crashed and would not start back up again. I was planning on upgrading to SM1 but I’m worried that the same thing will happen.
I remember we have debugged this issue, do you still experience crashes? Can you also send me some latest crash logs please?
It still happens to me to in Cubasis and Auria Pro. But not in AUM. If i letnit load first then select different patch immediately then it works but if you play a note before selecting a preset it disappears. This is on iPad
How do I access the crash logs?
In the system Settings–>Privacy–>Analytics & Improvements–>Analytics Data.
Look for files beginning with the app name. The time should match when the crash occurred. Ignore any files with "resource" in the name; they are just normal logs. You can tap on a log to view it, then you can Share it.
Here is the crash log from just now using SynthMaster iPhone. It’s a great app and I really enjoy using it but it crashes too much. I want to purchase SynthMaster One but I’m afraid it will crash as well.

That's a SIGSEGV, segmentation violation, actually a memory address error. It's an actual bug in the iPhone app. You should send this to the devs.
