Small soundtrack collaboration possibility for a 57 second poem about James Joyce
I have this short poem thingy somewhat about Mister Joyce and I was considering putting some music too it, as much as an experiment as anything else, but have kind of lost track of what might 'go' with this visual (which is almost statically simple).
If anyone fancies having a crack at putting a soundtrack to it, I'd be happy to hear from you. No particular reward apart from the fun of actually completing a small task. They say that more things get actually done via collaboration because, you know, you have to get on with it.
Anyway, if anything comes to mind, send me a note. If anyone does volunteer I will put an EDIT here so other folks know. First come first served. No need for more than one cook, it's a very small kitchen. Happy to send along the wave file of my recitation. Don't care what you do with the voice at all. That's the point. Do whatever you like. Leave it as it is. Mangle it, chop it or flub it up entirely; Mister Joyce would surely approve. Two week time limit.
Let me know.

Please edit your post to remove full stops and line breaks, thank you, as that seems befitting the context here, in my joycian experience anyway and while I'd like to add a period here I can't or my shallow point would be lost but also, just moments ago, I finished reading The Cat in the Hat to my daughter, one of her long time feel good favorites, and she has starting snoring softly, arm around me and I am trapped in a place I had once only dreamed of and, consequentially, I can not (I can not, I can not) listen to the sound of your YouTube video, I can not.
(Keats and Yates are on your side.)
Just a few days ago I was having a conversation with a colleague about Joyce's work. Stirring work, sir.
Funny AND good. Well played.
Jimmy loves Dr. S. by the way...
He's an interesting one, especially if you can get past the canonization (for good and bad)....
My favorite little thing about JJ is actually from Nora: when someone came to the door looking for James she said oh Jimmy's in the garage making his chop suey
Very good. Heresy though it is, if I could have dinner with either of them I think I might choose Nora....
@JohhnyGoodyear
Dinner with Nora, and afterwards a pint glass or two with James. If I were a drinkin man
