I’ve got one on order as well as the VS Mini, it’s certainly not a JP-8000 but a nice synth in itself, just a slight pity they couldn’t have integrated a mini jack midi in on it.
I thought I read somewhere that Behringer are working on an adapter.
It would have to be a host adapter I presume, if so it’s welcome, I’ll be using my JT in combination with my MPC and powered usb ports, so not a dealbreaker for me, but if they would have integrated midi directly I would have expected these to have sold many multiples to what they already have.
Estimated delivery 23rd May 2024. Well, I do have a birthday around then…
Is that from Andertons?
I might be a complete dummy here, but is there any way I can connect my first gen JT-4000 (no midi jack, just USB and headphones) to my iPad without using an interface or from the headphone jack?
Tried it today though the same hub I use to connect my Novation Launch Kontrol and Akai LPD8, but it wasn’t recognised in AUM or Loopy or anything.
I’d love to be able to play it straight into Loopy without going through an interface or use it with another midi controller.
at some point a behringer synth jumps out of a cornflakes box.
Oh. We have Coco Pops at home. That must be my problem.
