Drambo Bells patch
Not because it’s Christmas for some of us but just because I can.
Drambo is exceptional at sound design and here’s an example.
Not to say that I’m in any way a sound design expert but, at least my ears are happy 😊

Lovely! Great job 👏
Yo. Thanks to you guys for checking it out!!
A fantastic example of the power and flexibility of Drambo. Love this patch @supadom!
@supadom
Thanks man- I've linked to that module several times. It's my favorite Drambo module,
you got any more bell presets for other apps?
Thank you. No, not really, I only sound design in Drambo. I’m too lazy/busy to learn other apps if I have this marvel at my service! 😊😇 Sorry
@supadom bro. This is really good. It scratched a bell itch I've been having and I was about to get Merssene.
About a week ago, I was watching this video about "bell conspiracy". Crazy rabbit hole of weird bell church/state bells being buried and decommissioned, while Catholic and Orthodox churches and Navy's all over the world have a monopoly on old world bell technology. This led me to deep dive in Gemeni and inquire on 16 specific bell types used in religious temples, etc... I wanted 16 unique bell examples to create a sampler set of old world bells.
I got the acoustic data for each (frequency and tonal dynamics of each bell example) and set out to replicate them in Rings as physical modeling was the best bet.
Looks like your bell synth will allow me to accomplish this easier.
If anyone is interested in the old world bell sampler project, here are the 16 bell types that I procured:
1) tower bell
2) Sanctus bell
3) handbell
4) blagovestnik
5) podzvonny
6) zazvonny
7) ghanta
8) Bonsho
9) Rin
10) Drilbu
11) Tingsha
12) Suzu
13) Clocca
14) Passing Bell
15) Hoko-Ji
16) Qing
I'll edit this thread later with the frequency range for each bell type.
Very cool bell batch brother.
