Peace on Sunday

Comments

  • Very lovely, Mike. ❤️ Although I do wonder if just a mild touch of reverb would help benefit the piece. Either way, you made a nice piece of music. Happy Sunday to you, mate.

  • Happy Easter… I tend to agree with Jim on this one, a bit of reverb would have made it a bit more ethereal, always good at this time of year 😊

  • I liked the phrasing between 2:04 and 2:28, especially the low bass tones at the end of it. Very satisfying to me. I wouldn’t change anything… except maybe a high speed car chase and gunshots at the very end. Just kidding. :p

  • God knows we need a little peace around here! (earth)
As long as everyone’s getting technical, if the voices are from Beathawk, I’ve found I can adjust the envelopes in there somewhere to let the release fade out a bit longer.
Or, another thought, I was using that new Lo-Fi FX app to help me blend cut off samples in something recently.

  • @LinearLineman

    Peace right back at ya.

    Peace, y’all!

    Peace Mike! ✌️

  • Beautiful and original. A lovely listen 👏

  • Missed this - it's now Peace on Tuesday. Very lovely. Peace, Mike.

  • Wow…I didn’t check the forum messages since Saturday. I think that’s a personal best.

I recognize the tunes but I always thought it was called “Pees on Sunday” or maybe “Peas on Sunday”.
    Imagine my surprise.

Carry on Mike and maybe Whirled Peas be upon you. Can you whip up a tribute to Pope Francis?

  • Glad to see (and more importantly hear) more music from you here on the forum. I may not always have a good comment, but I do always enjoy listening.
Peace to you and all of those you love.
