JWM - Lost Worlds (Ambient Created in Cubasis 3)

Yep, back to Ambient I go! At least for this one exploration of sound. Also created the piece of art used as an album cover. Yes, I admit I used to use AI for crafting album covers in the past, but no more of that. "Used to" are the past tense key words here. Everything is 100% human created in this piece.

Actually, the whole thing started with the abstract oil pastel painting. 😂 Then I realised some of the shapes look like geodes, so I found a binaural field recording of a rock slide on freesound.org. Then I further processed it there, added a bass instrument and a top instrument consisting of a 7-note motif ostinato. Mastered the whole thing with Grand Finale 2, and suddenly we have Ambient.

    Thank you so kindly, mate. :) It's a helluva lot better than creating music and generated soulless AI rubbish as an art cover. Doesn't matter how rudimentary my art abilities may be. I'm just happy to "keep it real" these days.
