The blue demon yeah I named my guitar
I tried for an evh eventide type sound for the guitar on this one. I named the the blue Jackson the blue demon, hands down the quickest guitar I’ve ever had in my hands. It’s replaced the Gibson as my favorite.

I almost got a Jackson mini.
About the track: it’s cinematic, has nice variations and I like the guitar tone. Parts of it reminded me of Steve Stevens solo work. 👏🏼
Do you use any of the IOS Amp Simulators for your recording?
No amp sims used. I used to use thu and I liked the results a lot. I’m just old school when it comes to my guitar I guess. To me it seams bad to not record my amp I love that thing. My rig is 5150 through 4x12 two sm57s. I did use eventides micro pitch plugin on this song.
Great playing! Is this a live band? If not, you did a great job creating that sound. This sounds like a live one-take studio recording, ready to add vocals. There is a reason that everyone uses those sm57s. I own several, although they haven’t seen daylight in decades. I’m Shure they would still work just fine. We used them for everything. Vocals, drums, guitars, etc. They are indestructible! You can drop them off a 4 foot stage and spill beer on them. Just shake them off and they’re good to go.
The music reminds me of the Chicago band scene back in the 80s. We had dozens of great rock bands and great clubs like Thirsty Whale, Haymakers, Nickel Bag, Rory’s, Rush West, Malo’s Rock Studio, etc. They are all gone now, as well as all of the local weekend warriors. Kids these days have no idea what they are missing. They all seem preoccupied with their devices and social media. We got social by gigging and checking out the competition on weekends… and meeting girls.
That’s a really sharp looking guitar, and you play it very well. Blue is cool. I bet you look great playing it, too.
That some real nice swinging of an axe, right there...
No real band just me playing guitar and bass. The drums are samplesI loaded in one shot. I just bash the drums out on the touch screen. There are only two guitar tracks on this song rhythm and lead. I personally like the bass sound it’s just the cheapest squire jazz bass with better pickups. Run through the sans amp do pedal plugin. Oh yeah I also went full guitar nerd and used a harmonized pedal and reverb pedal into a separate amp for a wet dry rig, in addition to the micro tune plugin. Now I said it out loud it’s kinda overkill for a guitar setup so many cables
High energy track, great playing , enjoyed it 👍
