Stepped Dial to Set Clip length
Is it possible to us a stepped dial or something to set the length of a clip? I know I can swipe up and set the length there but I thought it would be cool to use some stepped dials as scene buttons that can also set the length of all the clips in that scene.

Rather than set the clip length inside the clip, one generally would use master as the recording count-out with auto-countout turned on. The master cycle length action can be used to change it.

Yeah i saw the master length option but i thought it would be cool to be able to change the scenes length individually this way it would be affecting the individual track lengths it would have the added benefit of it saying in the corner of each loop how many bars it is.. you dont get this with master length.
but yeah for now i just use some radio switches to set the master length before recording. it would just be cool to be able to do it with the stepped dial for the benefit of syncing up the length of all the loops in a scene and displaying the length on the loop and having the scene launch button happen when you push on the stepped dial. ooh well i dont think its possible as of now. just thought it would be cool.
