Nice duet… the backing band and the audio engineering for a live TV event is really good. That B-3 Organ player is great at using the Leslie speaker to add extra interest when the vocals have a pause. The two girls are extremely reserved and seem to be focused on their pitch, harmonic interplay and looking at each other. It works for me and I’m glad it was called out for attention.
I get that many people don’t like the same music I do and I often try to find out what they do like and I generally find something I would never have discovered that has real merit… there are so many ways to approach music and move someone. We should never apologize for what we truly love… and we should generally respect someone for sharing their bliss. Better to just go with the tried and true “no comment” comment: “That’s interesting.” even if the thing that’s interesting is that someone can like it.

BTW , this is one of those sayings that you’ve never heard as of yet but now you might begin hearing it often once it’s been brought to your attention. We all know how THAT works ..
