As someone wrote in the comments, this is next level and probably one of the best techno sets I’ve ever heard.

Queen of techno💯.

  • This is very cool! Didn’t realize how much till I saw all my colleagues giving me the stare and my boss telling me to step down from the fucking desk

  • …and put my shirt back on

No shirt Fridays isn’t a thing anymore???

Go figure, and in this climate

  • Very cool. It’s great to see a woman in the male-dominated world of techno. It doesn’t hurt that she is also quite attractive and looks like she is really digging it. I don’t really follow this genre so there might be more women doing this, but it was a first for me. Thanks for posting.

She's one of the top three discoveries the YouTube algorithm has ever brought to my attention.

  • I’m not knocking Techno at all. I’m a fan of dub-techno. But watching videos of these large venue settings, to me there’s something inherently funny about the introduction, the Prologue, the intricate lighting. the fog, the musical build-up and finally, the anticlimactic and lonesome four-on-the-floor kick.

I love the idea of Dub techno, but it tends to be so overly repetitive that most of it loses my interest pretty quickly. Dub is great. Techno is great. Dub techno … not so much, personally.

I don't know if I'm allowed to link another forum, but I've had good luck with this thread.

Sure you are, that would be horrible otherwise trying spread knowledge, great read!

And great thoughts from you all, thanks for chiming in. I totally understand the techno genre is is not for all, but I salute our efforts here in general to listen in on stuff that challenges us. I think this is one of the strengths that only true music lovers have. We might not ”like” something, it doesn’t trigger us but we can understand and appreciate the craft and respect other people’s likings. And that in itself, seeing other people happy/moved/touched by music, is the essence of it all.

  • She performs close to you @DMfan on the 30th of August, in Copenhagen (you're in Malmö right?). I never been to anything like this, looks like a load of fun if only I could roll back 30 years.

Agree! And yes, I’m in the Malmö area but just like you I wish I could roll back 30 years😂. Committed to other stuff that night anyway, it’s Midnattsloppet in Malmö and I am part of the organisation.

  • Lets us all roll back 30 years and gather in whatsitsname. I’ll bring the shrooms
