Connecting Interface

Hi there!
I'm a total beginner trying to connect my Mixer/Interface (Allen&Heath Zed 10) to my Ipad to use it with Loopy pro. The Ipad seams to recognize the input as I can record via Interface-Mic now, instead of the ipad Mic (Input - Input Selection - USB Audio CODEC). However, I don't hear my recorded loops on my Headphones - only on my Monitor. Loopy pro also doesn't show me any additional Input or Output channels to choose (only 1, 2 or 1+2 - as always), even though my Interface has several in- an outputs). Can you help me? I'd really appreciate it

Sorry, but the usb connection on that mixer is a single stereo in/out only. You won’t be able to select the individual channels on the mixer.

    USB Audio Interface
The ZED is equipped with a stereo bi-directional USB1.1 compliant audio CODEC. It is fully compliant with USB 2 ports and uses standard Windows and MAC Core Audio Drivers. In other words, plug it in and your computer will find it and be able to transfer audio to and from the ZED USB device.

You will need som for of audio software running on your computer to be able to store and play back what you record, but on a basic level, you can use your computers media player to play straight to the ZED device.

You can send a stereo mix out the USB port to Loopy Pro, and you can send a stereo mix from Loopy Pro to the mixer.

I'm not clear what you mean by "I don't hear my recorded loops on my Headphones - only on my Monitor". It isn't clear what the headphones are connected to and what you mean by monitor (Speakers? How are they connected?).

The front panel of the mixer is pretty well marked as to how signals are routed. You'll probably need to refer to its flow diagram to be sure your switches and monitor levels are set correctly.
