USB dongle with power...
...and hi-res audio DAC.
Does anyone have a recommendation? I'm after a either a simple dongle with headphone out and USB C in (for power) or a headphone amp/DAC with some kind of power pass through to charge my iPad (if something like this even exits?)
My 'end game' is to end up with something good quality to give power to my iPad whist using Logic. My current cheapy gives background noise when powering...
As a bonus I'd like it to be hi res audio compatible so that I can listen to Apple Music/Qobuz etc in lovely quality ![]()
Any suggestions?

My biggest suggestion is to forget about trying to eliminate electrical noise if you’re plagued with it. Get a decent sized battery bank and use that instead.
Ah ok I didn't realise mains power interference was a thing... I just assumed it was my budget dongle. Shame really because Logic seems to drain my M1 iPad battery in about an hour
Best not to take my word for it though. If you have or can borrow a battery bank for a quick test, it'll verify if my guess is right. My experience has been that no matter what I plug into my devices, if there's electrical power involved, I get AC power buzz. It's just a factor of where I live, and there has never been anything I can do to eliminate it.
(I've tried grounding boxes, filtered surge protectors, unplugging and turning off everything in the house, different interfaces and cables, you name it. With a battery bank, everything is whisper quiet.)
