Four of the free Decent Sampler Ice Choir presets played by Piano Motifs and a SWAM Alto Saxophone played by me using GeoShred.
Definitely influences from Jan Garbarek and the lesser known but equally excellent Christian Forshaw.

    Your pieces always remind me of two things that I should pay more attention to; one, Piano Motifs, I keep telling myself that I should use this to help come up with some new ideas, but I never do. And two, the plethora of amazing sounding sampled instruments on the Decent Sampler platform.

    Perhaps I use PM too much but I do find it a great source of inspiration and makes me try new things.
    @azul3D_Apps does a fantastic job maintaining and improving it 🙏
    I only use the free DS sounds and again, find them very inspiring.

    The background soundbed is very textural and not obviously generative. It's almost atonal in a good way. The Sax is really nicely played and having a melody give you something to grab on to whilst listening.

    Love the sound of the Ice Choir samples. The sax sounds perfect over the top. I can’t get enough of Piano Motifs. Since I don’t have any keyboards connected, it provides endless ideas that I might not have come up with myself. Royalty free! Sometimes it seems like it has some AI built in. I went looking for the Ice Choir pack, but it’s not showing up for me. No problem. I just downloaded a few more. BTW, thanks for the Like on Runaway Train. Do you think I should post it here?

    Strangely if you search for Ice it doesn’t find it but Ice Choir does 🤔
