Story is, I tried to help gift a friend FL Studio Mobile, but the code doesn't work in Europe for whatever reason. (Perhaps someone knows more about the "why this is" than I do, lol.) But anyways, it'll probably work for the US Americans here, so here goes nothing!

    Nah, this is a gift for someone. :) It was to be a specific friend, but he can't redeem the code due to being in Europe. So, if someone can benefit from a free download code, that'd make me a very happy person. :) My way of giving back to the wonderful people here.

    Pretty sure I remember hearing that gift codes only work in the AppStore they were generated from, Jim, they're different from promo codes in that regard. So if you bought this in the US store, it can only be redeemed by someone who's also using the US store.

    This is correct. A couple of years ago we had a donate an app thing here on the forum and it was discovered that you can only gift in your own country.
