Drambo: Completing songs/Arrangement/Pattern sync
Is anyone completing full songs in Drambo without having to export stems to a DAW for arranging? I can chain loops and sequences and build the bones of a song that way, but I need to be able to introduce say a vocal or melodic part during the last bar of a pattern and have it continue playing over the next pattern.
The obvious workaround is to cut up the vocal into phrases and trigger each from the sampler. I could then trigger the first phrase at the last bar of the first sequence and trigger the others in the next sequence. But this is also problematic because of how pattern sync works.
Say you're playing a pattern. When set to 'bar', clicking on another pattern set immediately switches to the next bar in the new pattern as expected. But it acts the same way when set to 'pattern', abandoning the currently playing pattern and playing the new pattern on the bar. Shouldn't 'pattern' play the current pattern to the end before switching to the next one?
So if I want to play a line that says "do re mi fa sol" and have "do" play at the end of the first sequence, switching to the next sequence will have the phrase start at "fa sol", completely missing "re mi" until it comes back around to the beginning of the sequence.
I'm pretty familiar with sampler and clip launching workflows and these are typically non-issues with pattern switching options that work as they should or one-shot sampler options that allow notes to play through to the next pattern. Is there something I'm missing or does Drambo just not have that capability? I'm ready to give up and just get a linear DAW where I can drop parts in wherever I want.

You've asked the same question on the beepstreet forum, I've replied there how to do it already.
Yes, thank you! For those wondering, clicking on the clock icon to the right of the clip section changes the pattern switching behavior.
