EGDR808 Drum Machine IAP not transferring to second iPad. [SOLVED]

Hi all,
I purchased the EGDR808 Drum Machine Lite by ELLIOTT GARAGE 6 months ago on my iPad Air 4 , I was pleased with how sounded so I paid for the £5.99 IAP to unlock all features, 3 months ago I downloaded the EGDR808 onto my 13” iPad Air M2 (same Apple account), but when I tap Restore Purchases, it always directs me to the Pay £5.99 page! I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the 13” iPad, reinstalled the EGDR808, but still no paid for IAP.
I have contacted the developer twice without success, I have contacted Apple, they informed me it’s a developer issue!

Has anyone else had issues similar to this, and if so how did you resolve it?

    Typically when that happens if you are using the same Apple ID as the first time then you can purchase and will be told at the end of the transaction that there won’t be a charge.

    I would double-check before doing that that the IAP purchase is showing up in your purchased items. In theory, the App Store has a mechanism that prevents an AppleID from being charged twice for the same item. The App Store can issue a refund if it happens.

    Hi. Just a suggestion here. We had a similar problem with IAPs in NanoStudio 2. In that case, Restore Purchases resulted in download failures. The trick was to delete and reinstall the app, but not Restore Purchases. Instead, just try to "buy" the IAP, then it would discover that it was already purchased and download correctly. This sequence might work with EGDR808 as well.

    I took your advice and went ahead with the purchase and just as I made the payment a message appeared saying I already purchased this, would I like it free, I should’ve asked you guys sooner instead of waiting for a response from the developer.
