"Neon Overdrive" (80s-inspired Electro House in Auxy)

Latest track I made in Auxy Studio. A simpler idea I finished in an hour. Was a fun little tune to do. Hope you enjoy. 😉

  • On this rainy morning that took me somewhere bright and sunny and back to my youth! The missus will love it too, it’s right up her street.
I liked that it resisted the temptation to “go large” and still kept its feel. Would be interesting to here with a vocal track too

  • This goes HARD! Thanks for Sharon

Cheers mate. Glad to hear you both enjoy the track. <3 Indeed, vocals would be nice, but I couldn't record my voice past 10pm (quiet hours at my flat). Ah well. I am working on a new vocal track with my girlfriend. Actually a remake of an older track called "Deadline", but she's got vocal chops that I don't, lol.

The instrumental for that one is finished, and the lyrics are already written. I just need to record my autotuned "dummy vocals" for her to follow along with. (She does a lot of cover songs, so she's used to learning how to sing a song this way.)

And I kept it minimalistic so I could finish it an hour before bed, lol.

Of course mate. :) It was a simpler idea, but sometimes the best ideas need not be complicated.
