Music studio freeze
Does anyone have this problem?
It freezes every time when I’m choosing an instrument.
Also I makes no sound anymore when playing the keyboard.

Hi. Have you tried loading the other app before opening Music Studio? This has become a relatively common problem for IAA, even with current hosts like AUM.
Edit: I tried this with Sunrizer and Music Studio, with the same effect. Seemingly no way to get them to connect. But I preloaded Numa Player, and it worked right away in Music Studio. Looks like older IAA apps may no longer work with the older IAA implementation in Music Studio. Remember, IAA has been deprecated since AUv3 came out 10 years ago, and it may actually be nearing the end.
Edit 2: I was able to launch Galileo 2 from Music Studio, but then trying to select a different IAA caused MS to lock up solid, no response from the screen. Same thing happened with Numa Player. So using MS with IAA is very marginal. It might work better connecting to AUM, then loading AUv3s in AUM.
Wouldn't hurt to try with a bit more modern iOS version.
The iPhone 13 is more than capable of running iOS26...
Yes. But my tests were with iPadOS 26.0.1 on iPad Air M2. Music Studio IAA is definitely touchy.
If I recall correctly Steinberg bought this app (Music Studio) but never did anything with it?!
The remaining few IAAs I have installed work as expected under iPadOS26.1.
As Music Studio has not been updated in ages (and likely never will get another update) I would personally just leave it behind and move on as I've done with most IAA apps at this point in time.
