fading out a donut without over shooting?
every time i fade out a dont instead of fading out the ladder end, it continues to play the beginning of the donut while it fades out. how can i properly fade out the donut without it playing the beginning of the dont while it fades?

It is planned to have an option to have the fade end at the loop end. If you are using the sequencer, you could use a dummy clip with a follow action that ramps down the clip’s volume (or ts color’s) or a midi clip to do the same.
Correction. If a clip is triggered with play once on, the fade-out will end at the clip end. You can use a play action with play once on for the last cycle.
Nice one. 👍🏼
Love the post title without considering context - sounds like a quirky sequel to DJ Shadow's "Building Steam with a Grain of Salt".
One of my favorite sayings: "Like trying to shoot an arrow through a flying donut."
ahhh ill give this a try, thank you
