Using AirPod microphones with Loopy Pro?
This afternoon I sketched out the vocal melodies for a song using Loopy Pro. I wasn’t tracking, just sketching, so latency wasn’t a concern. I set my iPhone 16 Pro on a table stand, selected the Front microphone, and added some reverb. I monitored through my AirPods Pro 3, which worked surprisingly well — after I disabled Personalized Volume and Conversation awareness in the AirPod settings.
I was curious: is there a way to use the AirPods’ own microphones? I found this thread:

But couldn’t see the “Echo Cancellation” switch mentioned there.

Echo cancellation is only an option when the internal mic/speaker is used.
