Saganaki!
My wife and I love going to The Greek Islands for New Years Eve day. The food is fantastic. We usually get Dolmades, Hummus with Pita Bread, and several other other things. The showstopper is the Saganaki. The flaming Greek cheese. If you have never tried this, you definitely should. Have a few drinks and be ready to party. Happy New Years. Opaa!

Japanese, Greek… whatever. It’s all good. I’m Icelandic and my ancestors ate rotten shark and drank Black Death. It’s called Hakarl and it’s actually not all that bad. Once you get past the first bite, you might actually like it. Probably not, but you can say you tried it. Gleðilegt nýtt ár!
