The Exchange (Omnisphere, Vital Series: Mallets, Noire, Continua)
This is a music track that I improvised on two MIDI keyboards connected to Bitwig Studio on a desktop PC. There the MIDI was routed to Omnisphere for the lead synth, Vital Series: Mallets for the vibraphone and glockenspiel, Noire for the piano, and Continua for the background instrument.
After bringing the audio recording into Vegas Pro, I applied the Lurssen Mastering Console plug-in to the audio mix.
It's titled The Exchange.

Sorry for the delay in responding…
I wish I could just listen with the same restraint you played but I suspect I’ve re-programmed my mind to crave the steady
Stimuli I get from Doom scrolling for positive news.
It might be time to put the IOS devices away and read a novel and play your music as a environment.
You do some really nice ambient stuff. I should listen to this before I go to bed at night. I might sleep better than I do. Very relaxing and well done.
Thanks, @McD and @wagtunes. Much appreciated.
@McD, I wish had that same restraint when playing it. Since my improvisations are recorded through MIDI, I almost always slow them down to what feels like the appropriate pace. This one runs about 7 minutes, but I played it in about 3 1/2 minutes. When I've tried to actually play that slow, I become too self-conscious about the speed. This seems to be the better way to go.
Lovely track David… happy New Year 🙏
Thanks, @GeoTony. Happy New Year to you, as well.
