is new Riffler OK?

I hope it keeps or better, enhances, the Time page and its choice of metres.

What new Riffler app? Don't think dev has released anything new for well over a year. Do you have a link maybe?

  • Do you maybe mean Riffler Flow vs Riffler?

I like Riffler Flow, but it also lacks some of the functionality of the original when it comes to locking randomization params

  • I purchased Riffler Flow recently and was hoping to use it to generate riffs over top of certain song parts I'm creating in Loopy Pro, with Riffler Flow running as auv3 plugin and receiving MIDI chords and BPM.

I've not gotten far, so perhaps Riffler Flow's just not intended to be used this way, but if anyone has successfully found a way to have the incoming MIDI key (or chord progressions) drive the Riffler Flow riffs (ie: transpose them to the incoming key/chords/bpm), I'd appreciate hearing how you've set things up and/or your workflow, as I'm not making much progress and would like to use the plugin more (whether that means using it more how it's intended and/or finding a way to have it work how I'd hoped)

    Thanks

  • @danm MIDI IN feature is still under development

  • Thanks @filo01, makes sense, should have checked on that prior to purchasing, but happy to support the product team anyway
