This is very likely the first time that I've seen the iOS version being more expensive than the desktop version

I was just about to say the same!!
Reinvent the wheel again if I brought this just double up on other apps by the looks of it. So a hard pass I’m sorry to say.
Not much effort gone into their Store page, they could at least list what’s included! After checking out their website though, there’s a few ‘manglers’ I’d be interested in, particularly considering the low prices.
If they’d released apps individually instead of just dumping the whole lot, I’d have bought a few. As it is….pass.
Comes out to be a bit more than $2 an app. From what I can tell at least 5 synths, (7?).
I have a few as 32bt for desktop, once free. Fun and useful. Tempted.
I used to use Minerva, Padawan, Peach and Toad back in my PC days! Ah, memories. I'm on the fence though since the price is higher albeit reasonable for what you get, and I already have other apps which can do similar to what is offered here. (Plus, I just dropped $30 on Pro-C3. 🫣 )
Yep, if i pull the trigger it will be after pay day, tax bills etc
Exactly! I remember specifically using Peach and Toad in this one tribute track I made in 2009 called "Super Mario World"! Gah! 😂 Nostalgia.
Quite an odd pricing decision imo in our world. Like, my guess would be that lots of people would buy these even at the upper bounds of iOS pricing (£30 with an initial price of, say, £20) but £70 is a lot of dough . I get that KORG apple and steinberg can use iOS as a gateway into their desktop worlds but still.
Price per plugin is great if you’re going to use all of them. In all likelihood I’d probably use 5, maybe. Would probably have more traction if they were for sale individually with a few bundles to make it more attractive.
Have you agree with the other comments: can’t understand why they’re not being sold individually? If the bundle works out at just over $2 per app, sell them individually for $3 each. I imagine lots of us would pick up a few of them if they were $3 each - $70 as the only option is a completely different prospect though.
update from @ninobeatz
I was going through the updated Tweakbench today and there are very interesting and fun sound manglers all with that famous “randomize” button! I bought it at the original price. I think it was worth the money for what I got.
😎✌🏼
Thanks for sharing ur thoughts - I’m close to pulling the trigger - it’s just the fact the GUIs don’t resize properly really puts me off - If that ever gets fixed, I’ll be there!
is the !!! the randomize button?
Fixed 😎✌🏼
@rototom yep! 😎✌🏼
Looks like I’m gona hav2 treat myself! 👍🎸🐬🔊💗🚀
If I only purchase a few, will the rest still show up in pluginhosts?
One effect is offset in AUM. Reported and will be fixed soon. 😎✌🏼 @gdog
