Sonic Experiment No 3 - Bouncing an accordion in Musyc2

Musyc2 is a iOS app that generates music by bouncing and colliding audio samples with objects to generate music and soundscapes. In this video, I am using some of my free accordion samples.

The small green rectangle has 6 samples assigned to it and the one that is played depends on where the rectangle hits a line. A triggered sample plays for its whole duration, or a maximum duration can be determined in the app, or until the rectangle hits another object.

Only the accordion samples are triggered by the Musyc2 app. The speech, vehicle horn (honk honk) and the footsteps samples are on a second audio track.

This video is a brief and very basic overview of Fingerlab Musyc2. The app has more shapes and features.

The other samples are from “Memory Collection 16 - Cocoanuts” that features the Marx Brothers first movie.

    That is sweet! Musyc 2 looks like it'd fit well in my AUM Ambient workflow.

    I did. It sold me on Musyc 2. Of course if it didn't, @jakoB_haQ 's video released today would've definitely sold me on it.

    I swear, that man's videos are gonna make me go broke! 🤣

    For sure, mate. :) You're the reason I bought Musyc 2, but Jakob teaches all the ins and outs of the app. :) I can't wait to use it for a music experiment, but I gotta figure out the "right time".
