Melting Ice (Techno-ish)

A Cubasis project, just having some fun pretty much. Beside internal instruments I used: Oscidia, Viral Synth, Moog Mariana and Outgrowth.
2 Videos made in Staella then merged in Luma Fusion where some clips from Pixabay, also were added.

Wrong video, sorry, I'll be back in minute (So Sorry About That!)

  • Outstanding! I like the contrast between the heavy beat and the mellow chords at the beginning. Then you surprised me with that crazy melody, and seamlessly transitioned back to the beat. I liked that driving energy at 1:52 with the gentle accompaniment floating above. At times I felt like I knew where it was going but then you took it somewhere else and it just felt right. Superb arrangement skills, taking a few basic building blocks and building out a very cool track. The ending is absolutely KILLER!

Wow! Thank you so much Paulie, you just made my day.. 😊

  • Nice! Pretty much what @Paulieworld said, plus, the visuals are outstanding. I love how they track with the arrangement.

Best part? The breakdown at the end. It's not often that a song leaves me grinning at the end. 👍🏼

  • Great work here.

That loony ending could be the basis of a whole other song!

Thank you both, sooo much, really appreciate it! I was a bit dubious about that ending and nearly cut it out, now I'm happy; I didn't!

  • Nice work man!

Super! Everything about it is great. I agree to what paulieworld said. The surprise ending made me double check if the player was really at the end. Didnt want it to end. I thought your choice of sounds was perfect. Nice video work also.

  • I’m glad you kept that ending. Don’t ever delete anything without sleeping on it for a while. Some of my favorite pieces are just happy accidents. Actually, all of it!

  • @Slush @Dav

Thank you for the kind words.

  • Cool! Agree with @Paulieworld, especially the driving energy. Although, I think you should get your guitar out and play some power chords on top.

Yeah I want to do more guitar than I do but always get frustrated with the recording/s. Not sure if it's my playing or just bad set ups but sound like shite it does. A short solo snippet is no problem but rhythmic guitar, nah! (I only have direct line in i.e no amp)

  • I love that deep, deep kick, and the melody is very catchy!
