Humanoid as an AUV3 instrument
Hi, I’m trying to run two instances of the Humanoid plugin in Loopy Pro using the same microphone input, but I can’t get the second instance to receive the mic audio.
Right now:
- I have one Humanoid instance that works correctly with my mic.
- When I add a second Humanoid plugin on another track, it does not receive the microphone signal.
- Instead, it seems to receive audio from another plugin track (like King of FM) or nothing at all.
I also don’t see an Audio Input section on the Humanoid track where I can assign the microphone. The only routing options I see are output channels and color destinations.
What I’m trying to achieve is:
Mic → Humanoid 1
Mic → Humanoid 2 (at the same time)
Basically I want both Humanoid plugins to process the same live mic input simultaneously.
Is there a specific way to route microphone audio to multiple AUv3 instrument plugins in Loopy Pro, or do I need to use an audio track or bus routing for this?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Can Humanoid load as an effect?
@creeperswordsmen : from what I saw in the HaqAttaq video about this, you can load Humanoid as a music effect. Load it in an effect slot for the input you want to process. You can still target it with midi. You can put it on a bus to be able to control the level independent of the source.
Most of the information on this wiki page will apply if my understanding is correct that it can be loaded as an effect:
