Sound Design Feedback

Would love to get some feedback from folks here. This new project, LoopRabbit, is aimed at creating ambient sounds and soundscapes for use in video games and podcasts. I’m building up my portfolio and catalog right now, eventually planning on selling packs on the Unity store and a couple other places.

  • Are you certain you're not Aphex Twin's twin? Those are some pretty great, trippy sound designs. Now, as a kindred Ambient producer, I'm not sure the tape loops would fit Ambient per se? But they are experimental and would fit in seamlessly in IDM. Wow! :)

Haha thank you! It’s pretty fun just kind of exploring sounds and seeing what does and doesn’t layer well.

And when I say ambient, I don’t mean the music genre. I mean sounds that would create ambiance within a podcast or video game.

  • Nice, with each of the sounds I could totally picture a unique game scenario in my head. Well done @LoopRabbit

Ahh, now I understand a bit better mate. Creating ambience, not Ambient. 😂 I misread. Well, I think you achieved your goal so far.
