LudyAmp - Offline Music Player
I've been wanting to get FlacBox for a long time and was waiting for a price drop for the lifetime purchase. Instead it went up to $70 
. Fortunately, LudyAmp showed up last month. It's a new app, similar to FlacBox in appearance with audiophile features and, best of all, no subscription, free to try, $5 to buy. I've been using it since it came out and the dev is active, with fixes and adding new features, and quick to respond. Worth a look if you're interested in a new player.

Is it able to play audio files directly from my custom folder (visible in Files app) or do I have to import that audio files into the app?
Yes, just tested, and it does. Regular import in the app makes a copy to my iPhone, but adding a folder to the Music Sources plays directly from that folder.
