Mood has very extensive customisation options. On iOS your best bet is Ridgewalk

Disassembler - Fauve (1) + your tape emulator here - CA TapePro (2) + multi effects unit w delay and reverb
(1) Turnado (other sugarbytes apps), Replicant (audio damage), Glitch Core, Beat Cutter, LoopMix… granular in general
(2) reels (audiothing), CHOWTape - free… pick you lo-fi tool w saturation warble etc
Too many delays and reverbs to mention except for degrees of “surreal”
Rymdigare very out there
Other Desert Cities can’t think of a type of delay it won’t do
That one Roland tape echo or K7D

iDensity by Apesoft is a really cool granular looper. Easier to use than it initially appears.
Not exactly granular, but something similar (spectral) is the Wave Scanner module in Drambo’s Waves IAP.
Silo by Unfiltered Audio can be used as a granular looper with the freeze function, and it gives you a ton of parameters to play with.

Hadn't heard anything about Ridgewalk or Weeping Wall by Aqeel Aadam.... I wonder if you would get what you want running your signal in parallel to both of them in Aum. Very tempted.

A while ago I mocked up a Microcosm in AUM with Silo, Weeping Wall, Glitchcore and Other Desert Cities if anyone is interested. Although having bought the real one in the meantime I should probably revisit it.
