More to come later in the day.
It is a long one.
I go through each of the guitars.
I truly love this app.
I did not expect that level of quality.
Worth a try,a buy.
Thanks.

Are you playing an electric or an acoustic into this? @flo

I play a piezo acoustic guitar.
    Thanks.

  • Cheers!
The dynamics are incredible, holy smokes. And it’s funny, Martins are often lauded as the best o the best but I mighta liked those sounds the least. The Taylor “mode” sounds spot on to the one I used to play, really incredible app they made here.
(Wonderful playing as always, man 👍)

Yes,it is a really great app.
    Thanks for your kind words.

  • Thanks for the demo, Flo. It sounds great on an acoustic piezo. I’m still hoping someone will develop an app where an electric guitar with el.mag. pickups sounds at least three-quarters as believable as an acoustic guitar. I tried three AUv3 acoustic simulators, and none of them impressed me.

That’s because you can’t capture the magic of a Martin in software 😉

I really think an electric is meant to sound like an electric guitar,as simple as that.
Same thing applies to acoustic guitar.
    Thanks.

Agreed. I’ve noticed lately when playing acoustic that strumming an A Minor chord followed by A Sus really holds the minor resonance in the body of the guitar. Don’t know if that makes sense, but you can’t really capture that kind of interaction on electric or software IMO.

Great playing as always @flo - we seem to share a taste for similar guitar flavored apps. You always inspire me to pick up my axe after a video.

Haha right you are! I’m in NJ so rather close to the Martin factory, taken the tour a couple times. That demo room they have is heaven… 🤤
