Can items be imported from music library?

I didn't know that items could be imported from music library, I thought, they remained locked in their little itunes world, then I noticed in Loopy Pro, when importing audio there were the two choices of document picker and then music library, except that, when navigating to a song and attempting to do so it ultimately fails with the message "Couldn't import this item". Is this solveable? Are music library songs able to be imported? None of the songs in question are store bought, they are mainly Aiff files, many are bounced productions. The same files import fine if I add them to a folder so as to be document-picked. If it were possible to use the music library it of course saves on duplicates.

    At the moment, there are problems importing from the Apple Music library. It is something on our list to address.
