Tweak incoming MIDI velocity curve (from digital piano)
My Yamaha P515 does not get high enough MIDI note velocities out to my iPad and LP. I already tried all 4 curve options on the piano itself.
I want to bend the upper end of that (smoothly) up so anything 120 or above gets pushed to the max, 127. I vaguely think MOSAIC or something similar can help, or perhaps there is some capability in LP itself to do this simple tweak. Have never messed with MIDI data before, but do have MIDI Wrench (which I used to see levels coming in) and MOSAIC. Any suggestions?
