Remember those school dances?
My track for May is a remembrance of those school dances that were a mix of awkward anxiety and unbridled joyful movement. This track attempts to tell that story, from the frenetic and jittery opening to the slow dance movement in the middle. Take a journey back in time!
This one again leans heavily into @azul3D_Apps Piano Motifs--and yes, it's one long arrangement that I created using the "append motifs" feature of PM. This one layers in some Drum Computer bits and more found sound type stuff for fun.

Another great song of yours! There are some people here in the forum whose use of certain apps make me feel inspired to try those apps in my music, and you've been doing that with Piano Motifs - your February tune, if I'm not mistaken, using PM with Kronecker, stuck with me.
Curiously enough, I was thinking recently about your project of releasing a song a month this year, but couldn't remember your username. Would you consider creating a singular thread in the vein of what other users are doing here, like @jwmmakerofmusic (a thread for each different month, but still) and @wagtunes are doing?
@lukesleepwalker Interesting music. Sounds like Classical music but with a beat.
I like it.
Yeah, I post so much music that it'd be wrong of me to overtake the Creations section any further with my stuff, lol. Then again, a person could get lost in one long megathread. So I struck a balance between the two ideas and decided on a monthly thread.
Thanks for listening and I’ll update my recurring thread with all posted tunes. Thx for the nudge
