Junit is a new, TouchOSC based patch editor for the Novation Circuit. Yeah, yet another one, obviously I am a one trick pony :p ...But hold on, this one is different: It will turn your Circuit into 2 Juno 60! Get the fun, ease, workflow and yes, also the sound of the iconic 80s synth onto your Circuit:

    I have this and you are not wrong. It’s very good. They did a great job modelling the chorus.

    This looks very promising. I am very interested in the pitchbend function (sorely missing from the CT) but I don't think this is included in the demo. Or maybe I'm not using it correctly... How does it work? Is it automatically mapped to the typical CC from the same channel the keyboard input is using? Edit: To clarify, I mean the midi keyboard pitch wheel doesn't work. The macro knob works but it's quite uncontrollable...

    Man, I hate the be the bearer of bad news. But, I'd advise changing the name and color scheme. The big R is very litigious.
    See "June" app now "July". They were lucky. I've seen R completely nuke things from the App Store.

    Hi, sorry for the late answer, pitchbend works in the demo. Connect a keyboard and set it up as "Connection 2" in the TouchOSC connection dialog:

    Then start Junit and check the "Pitchbend" option in the upper right. If you also want to route notes (so you can play the circuit synth on the keyboard) open "Midi learn" in the lower right and check "Route midi" (Keyboard midi channel must be set to the synths channel)

    Now you can play the synth and use the pitchbend on your keyboard (You can even record the pb on the circuit!)

    Probably both R* and N* will sue me for mixing the names :D There are so many Juno clones, I don't know how they pick what is too similar and what not... this is a very small passion/fun/niche project anyway, so I hope they will leave me alone o:)

    It doesn’t even generate sounds. It’s an editor.
    The Behringer Deepmind Juno 106 editor has been out a long time and hasn’t been taken down.
