if you click buy, it cites the sale price when it asks for confirmation (for me, anyway...double check yourselves!)

Yep, it's not great. I've seen worse though. GCS Model 8 for example. It's like the developer has microscopic vision. I've spoken to the developer multiple times about the UI minisculiarity multiple times but it's a brick wall conversation.
Check now maybe. I looked again a minute ago, and the search result was showing the higher price lol, but on the actual AppStore page for the app it showed the lower price.

Weirdly though, it’s £7.99 via the Mac Store (though Doug says it’s not compatible).
Apple are making a right dogs breakfast with this one, I’ll check again in the morning, see if they’ve worked out how to do it, as I would quite like to buy it.
Huh, weird. Yea you can always press the price button, then see what it charges in the popup before confirming the purchase with fingerprint or face id. If not the price you wanted or expected then cancel the purchase by pressing the X in upper right corner.
Ive been having some minor issues with app raven too, one app will be repeated many times, anyone else notice this? Not all the time but it’s happened several times over last couple months.
