Those are neutron star days, not earth days.
Glad the 7 minutes were rad 😄 .... that shouldn't happen, so let me check. Quick one: when the upgrade screen pops up, can you close it and keep playing, or does everything stay locked?
You should be able to close the paywall and keep playing
Keeps popping up. If I hit play I get one drumhit and then playback stops and the “purchase unlock” screen pops back up. Everything works standalone, but as an auv3 I’m locked out.
Ah, that's likely it , if your DAW timeline is running past bar 64, the trial limit kicks in right away, which is why the paywall pops up after one hit. Try playing from bar 1 to confirm, anyway, send me a private message with a screenshot to confirm
That all makes sense. Everything is good now, no more pop up, jamming on all cylinders! Thanks for taking the time (and making this app 🤙)
Thought I’d take Soft Drummer for a run so here it is in AUM. I pointed it at iBassist and it generated the bass line as well.

Worked pretty flawlessly… thanks to @LuisMartinez 👍
@LuisMartinez I can't get the sound module feature to work in Logic Pro, it doesn't seem to respond to incoming MIDI.
Fantastic update. One of my favorite drum apps.

Neither the Sound Module or Song Mode options are available in Ableton.
The new MIDI-only plugins for Soft / Pop Drummer work very well in front of OneShot. Thanks @LuisMartinez!
After updating I opened Soft Drummer in stand alone initially as instructed. Works perfectly. In AUM not working.
Am I missing something?
Can you be more specific about what you mean when you say "not working"?
Yes. I press play and nothing happens.
Press Play where? In Soft Drummer, or in AUM? AUM's transport needs to be running.
Hmm. In Soft Drummer. I’ve used Lumbeat apps for years now and never remember using AUM’s transport. I will try now though, thanks.
Soft Drummer didn't used to be AUv3. The plugin version needs AUM's transport running.
Well, you nailed it. Honestly never remember that being an issue. AUV3. Makes sense
Also just now seeing that the update does not include all kits and rhythms.
Hi everyone. I proceeded as instructed and have been unsuccessful in getting the full version.
I communicated with @LuisMartinez and got the same instructions but still no joy.
Anyone else still having this problem?
Would be great to have the full version back. TIA for any responses.
What exactly is the issue?
I owned Soft Drummer prior to the conversion to AUV3.
My “existing content” along with the full version of Soft Drummer did not “migrate over” after I opened stand alone initially.
All I’m getting is the free version of the app now.
What existing content is missing?
You may want to contact Luis via the Lumbeat Discord. He is pretty active there.
I only have 2 Rhythm and 1 Drum Kit options per bank.
I have communicated with @LuisMartinez and he gave me the same instructions that were posted in this thread.
Did you possibly delete the app at some point in the past? Are you logged in with the same AppleID you used when purchasing SoftDrummer?
@Ben where you select different drummers there’s a “restore” button. Maybe that will help? Maybe?
I haven’t deleted Soft Drummer and I am logged in with the same Apple ID.
I’ve tried the restore button several times hoping that this might be my lucky day.
Good suggestions gentlemen, it remains a mystery. I really like the app and hope I can get it all back. I would rather spend the money on Pop Drummer than buy this again. Thanks so much for the responses.
One more cry for help here to @LuisMartinez.
I sent you a message
