Does anyone know why Logic Pro is still the only host that allows this? Is apple guarding the secret of how to do this heavily? Wish AUm and Loopy pro had it to so I could get more mileage out of some of my audio interfaces like the apogee jam+ and the teenage engineering devices, especially the OP1F

    There is no public API for this. Apple must have an API that they have not made available to the public (I.e. 3rd party developers)
