I really like the UI of headstack
I’m glad this has a demo on the Appstore, as it doesn’t really sound the way I was expecting/hoping from the description
Glad you called this out - I was surprised to see G-Stomper on iOS, then checked the screen shots and realised it has nothing to do with the Android app.
G-Stomper on Android is a genuinely very cool app (well, several apps) from a talented developer who cares about his work. It's a shame to see someone else hijack the name for whatever this iOS app is!
Funnily enough was just watching this video today...seems very similar.
Fyi - PDF Toolbox is ad driven and the ads are full screen with timer and run for more than a few seconds - far too long for me.
The app description is a treat! Soft headed 💩💩💩
What if my "AI tool of choice" is choosing to not use AI?
Regardless of your subsequent statements … this is an “excellent” example of an active call for a commercial boycott. And I actually wonder why such statements - which really go far beyond a personal opinion - remain unmoderated.
This is particularly concerning because the intended business damage has already occurred with the initial post. I believe, as I can see, this is an informative and guiding product listing thread here, and that sort of thing really shouldn't be happening here therefore.
Sharing an oppinon is not a “call for a commercial boycott”, but what this forum is for. And definitely not something to moderate, as long as the forum guidelines in no way are voilated.
'Terrible app. Do not buy.' ... is now an 'opinion', aaahh! I did not know. ^^
(I'm sorry, but this explanation only evoked sarcasm in me.)
However, I did ask A.I.:
'The statement cannot be dismissed as mere opinion. It crosses a boundary. Not a pure opinion: An opinion describes one's own experience (“I didn't like the app”). Factual claim to absoluteness: The word “terrible” (terrible app) represents a final, objective judgment about the product. Behavioral dictate: The sentence “Don't buy” is a command (imperative). The author moves from self-statement to manipulating the behavior of others.'
Yes, it is. Just like 'great app - instabuy!!' is in 99% of app feedback on here.
Feel free to submit your own positive review of the app as balance.
I’m too lazy to get the MJ popcorn gif out…
No. This seems to be a very fundamental problem here. And criticism should be allowed, unless we are dealing with a market-controlling syndicate.
I'm not sure getting ai to back you up is the best thing to do on this forum...It might be seen like Fred West giving paving advice.... :-)
I do have brain too ... ^^ (lifting eye brows)
This analysis is almost perfect. And indeed, this is a strength of AI. Because it is completely analytical and emotionless.
And I'm leaving now. But I won't hesitate to stop the next boycott call and issue a warning. This happens here all the time. And it really should be moderated, because the forum culture is suffering - not to say 'does degenerate'.
Do you also have an issue with comments (which are in the majority), that encourage members to buy apps?
I do not even understand the question.
Because that entire criticism is about the meaning and the definition of an 'opinion'.
And as much as I regret to say it, it can't simply be deformed like a kneaded sausage.
Incidentally, the word "majority" is also used here in a very suggestive sense.
In other words, the fact that the majority of apps are hyped here is not a license to financially and mentally ruin certain products and developers.
Because it is completely analytical and emotionless. ... It also 'hallucinates' and is programmed to please, ie reflect/expand the users opinion. I've lost count of the times I've had to tell an ai to stop blowing smoke up my arse and look for the flaws in my ideas/position instead. ;-)
