Chord Bud 2 is $2 off at $3.99, app just had several great updates. AUv3 midi chord sequencer.

This is an app that i personally use a lot. Its great to create or now with update, generate chord progressions to quickly get a track going. You can also add the chords you want. Multiple progression patterns and pattern song chaining. Tons of chord types and scales. Well worth the price if you like using midi chord apps.

I should call it ChordBud 3 at this point

That would be fair. I’ve always been a massive fan of the app.

Just purchased, its excellent! @cem_olcay love your work! Apologies for making a cheeky, but (for me!) incredibly useful feature request- for a future release, would it be possible to add in an option to output the root chord note as a bass/lowest note, in addition to the chord selected, regardless of the chord inversion? This would be ideal to use Chordbud to drive bassline apps whilst keeping the nicest sounding chord inversion output too. Thanks for considering

I’ve got that functionality in HouseBud, I think I can add it to ChordBud too 👍

Retro Lab - Vintage FX is $8 off at only $6.99, all time low price

Any love for Retro Lab? Didn't seem to generate much buzz on release. Would like to hear from people who bought it whether they enjoyed it or not

App Store reviews haven't been kind.

Oh yeah, mind you those reviews seemed to be negative mainly due to an early bug and some weird AppStore issues.

  • Weird, while appraven reads that sugar bytes apps are on sale in the apps themselves it’s full price.

App raven can sometimes be behind in changes. I often hit the “ report missing information “ button at the top right of a specific app page to report changes on app raven. That usually updates app and iap prices accordingly.

I’m assuming the 21mb app doesn’t include 2000 instruments and that they’ll need to be downloaded.

Does anyone know how much space they take up?

Also, dsp/cpu usage in an auv3 host?
