JWM - Good Riddance (EDM in GR2, using Halion Sonic Play)

I promise if I start producing a mass amount of tracks in short time again, I'll create a "music journal August 2026" thread.

This was to be a vent song due to something that happened a couple days ago, but honestly I can't think of any lyrics. Basically, a friend (not from this forum) blocked me, and I was mad. This track is my way to let loose my feelings of anger.

That said, I produced this banger in Groove Rider 2. Most synth sounds come from its internal synth, but I also used the Hoover preset from Poison-202. The phaser pad and "full orchestral strings" and "hi marcato string" all are from the new Halion Sonic Play app. I'm seriously thankful Lars and team separated the sounds into its own plugin. Much-needed.

    Thank you so much, my friend. ❤️ HALion really is a mindblowing rompler with so many great sounds in it. Including a General MIDI section, which I absolutely appreciate.

    I may dive in and make a second "videogame EP" like I did back in February, but instead of Kirastudio, I'll use GR2 with Halion!

    Thanks friend. :) And hell yeah! Lars and team did all of us a solid by releasing HALion Sonic Play! Having those sounds in any AUv3 host is a great move in my opinion.
