Sequencer Combos
I’m just dipping into something that many of you will already be very familiar with; using AUM as a master clock, and then using multiple sequencers to trigger software/hardware.
I’ve been using my Digitone and Digitakt. A hub attached to the ipad means that I can send one instance of Senode to the DN, and another instance to the DT. Lots of fun. But (unless I’m mistaken) there’s no swing function in Senode, so I started to think, ‘hmm ok, I’ll open another sequencer, one that has swing, and direct that to those midi channels’
With 16 channels on each Elektron box, I could have 4 or 5 sequencers playing multiple tracks on each box, I guess?
So, I am really interested to hear how people use AUM this way. Got any particular combos you recommend? Any sequencers that do a particular thing very well? All thoughts/hot tips gratefully received….

Are u familiar with this Mozaic script btw? You can add swing to midi that doesn't have swing by routing it through this:

Thanks Gav, I did wonder if there was a Mozaic script that scratched that itch. Will check it out.
