Using a midi controller with beathawk

I have spent a lot of time but with no solution, so I’m trying to oook at preferences and the midi settings in BeatHawk but I can’t seem to figure it out, I have everything setup. Correctly because it works just fine in other apps, so can you help me figure this out so I can use my midi controller with BeatHawk please

    Hi. In The Audi/MIDI preferences menu, Do you see your midi interface device listed in the ‘active midi inputs’’? If so, it is checked as active?
