Which iOS synths have a Fullscreen option(no keyboard/small keys)?

edited December 2015 in General App Discussion
I just went off on ipolysix in another thread for using so much screen for the menu up top, the fixed keyboard at bottom and the image of the back panel of the hardware model. Together it takes up almost half my screen. While using a midi keyboard this is all useless/unused space taken up, leaving me with knobs, switches and labels half the size they could be.
On a mini this is heartbreaking ;)

The lack of a fullscreen option in most iOS synths has been bothering me for a while.  I use a midi keyboard most of the time with these software synths. The screen is small, but the software I am purchasing is made for these screens (as well as their big brothers).

Does it not make sense to at least have an option to 'fullscreen' it? Ok if they want to have a tiny keyboard at the bottom in this mode that is fine as in Thor or Cassini.  Is this a difficult thing to work in to the app?

Thor is pretty good for this as it just has the small keys at bottom and packs a lot into the screen.
iVCS3 has the floating keyboard which works great. You can leave the keys showing a bit at the top of the screen without covering anything else up. It's pretty fullscreen.
Sunrizer synth goes total fullscreen when you 'Dock' the effects panel
Cassini has the small keys at bottom on every page other than the 'Keyboard' page as in Thor

Any other iOS synths have this option?

  •  @Redo1, that a feature i have been asking for for some time now, the only other app i know that has this is Sunrizer, Galileo and Thor as you mention above.
  • Im1 its basically full screen.

  • +1 would love to see more of this.

  • It would be great if all synth apps with MIDI had the option to hide their keyboard. It'd also be nice to do the opposite for when you've dialed in your sound and have a built in keyboard that can send more than just note values (e.g. Animoog). The option I would like to see would be a way to save MIDI setups as presets so that way you wouldn't have to be fiddling around so much just to start playing with other MIDI apps or hardware. Having the sound configuration (synth presets) being independent of how you control them (MIDI presets) makes more sense to me.

Ah yes iM1, good one. Don't have that yet but will someday. Would be great if iMS20 and iPolysix could get the same sort of layout.

And actually part of the reason I'm looking forward to audulus 3.0 is having the whole screen dedicated to modules sitting atop my midi keyboard. Should look great.
