Hasnt been updated in forever, but it works for me playing through live in IAA on Air 2 9.3. It's quite a fun app, a little cpu-intensive. I'd buy csgrain as well, but I'm hesitant as the reviews say the import function is messed up in that as well, but it may just be dropbox import.
One of my favorite sounding fx apps but it has real stability issues connecting to other apps that I just don't use it much. A real shame as I love the fx. If they updated AB/ app connectivity i would use it all the time. It just needs some love.
a bit of a shame for a 20 bucks app.If developer want us to pay more for single fx/instruments on ios, then they should at least iron out all bugs and take care it runs well.Imo.
Always liked the look of this one, but pricey for an abandoned app.
Works fine here.love these apps!
nice! What device and OS?
Air 1 9.3.5. When used in AB i MUST use 512 frames with cs spectral.if not ,most fx don't work fine.with 512 frames everything is perfect.hope it helps.
Huh, i have the exact same setup... Think i will poke at it some more. Thanks!
Had my eye on both the apps but haven't got round to getting them yet, I hope they're not abandoned, I'm going to keep this air 2 on 9.3.5 so I might just get them.
Hope you guys can get them to respond on their Facebook page
Still no luck for me. Think i will kill it and reinstall... Bye bye user presets.
Count me out koba, facebook gives me the fear, have you saw that new blackmirror episode yet? First one of the series where social media escapes the confines of your tech and goes on the rampage.
Alright, reinstalling seems to have fixed AB support! No luck with AUM/IAA but AB will do for sure. Happy dance!
...and of course I spoke too soon. Back to being flakey...
Warning!
Well, looks like i will have to file CSSpectral under 'reboot before using and avoid hotswapping'. Its worth it, I love the sound and controls.
haha no, i only really use it to bother devs
Dear diary, today I discovered a use for facebook.
Is your AB toolbar frozen is CSSpectral?
Have not been able to reproduce any wonkiness, but am grateful that you sent me back to it. What a piece of work it can be with the right rhythm etc. Glad to have rediscovered but pity it lies untouched at the dev end. Could have been a contender (still is if it's working for you....)
Does it do anything unique? I've got Moebius, Turnado, Frekvens, Dedalus, DFX etc. etc. and wonder if it's got anything special up it's sleeve that those boys can't do.
I'm unlikely to spend £15 on an app that hasn't been updated for over two years, but curious to know what I might be missing. Shockingly small (5) number of vid demos about too.
What os/device are you on? Are your AB transport controls frozen in CSSpectral?
Sorry for the late answer.not for me.everything works as expected.
Bizarre! Exact same device and OS... Hmmmm, how deep does this go? Who signs your checks!?
Love it!!
Maybe you'd like a picture?
Don't forget to turn off 2d and 3d display in settings.it really helps..
Hehe no need. I just wonder if I am the only one. Have yet to hear anyone else have the same issues I do. I even deleted AB and reinstalled. Hmmm, I will try on my mini2...
Same problems on my mini2 running 9.3.5.
I cant forget what i never thought to try. Thanka for the tip! Will give it a try
Sounds good Flo!
