Modstep Crashing 100% time under iOS 10.1

Anyone else encountering this problem...it's no longer working for me :(

Comments

  • No problem here, is it something that modstep is trying to load, an IAA or AU that is causing the problem ?

  • Maybe...but i wiped the app, and rebooted device and reinstalled...i had the Circuit Template loaded before the problem reared itself :(

  • I'm using both circuit synth and drums templates in what I've been doing tonight, no problems at all, so doubt its that.

    Hmmmmm.

What else were you using ?

  • apps should be sandboxed...it just started the other night after i was going to town with the Circuit via the template...and now it refuses to launch...just crashes on launch...i pinged them on twitter as well...

i'm at a loss. i reinstalled the app.
    Rebooted device.
    it's fully juiced.
    not plugged in.
    no launching for me :(

just plug you headphones into the circuit, forget modstep until morning :)

  • Hahah. Been doing that ;^)

@echoopera have you tried a memory/disc utility, do a cleaning after you deleted modstep?

Memory & Disc Scanner Pro is one I use but there are others. I seem to remember getting into a crash loop with modstep in an earlier version, and a cleaning helped (for some reason)

  • Same for me
Delate tonebridge, and modstep will work
It's tonebridge since the last update that crash modtep

And Auria. Tonebridge let Crash Auria too.

Wow. That's crazy. Tonebridge was causing my modstep crashes. It now launches.

    Thanks everyone!

  • Anyone still having this issue? Every time I drag an iaa device onto a track, modstep crashes... tried it with Thor, and Sunrizer...
