Exactly what I did
@mlondon I have Luis' drum apps and they're awesome too! I would say having Drum Session has made song writing a whole lot easier and fun. I am extremely happy I have both.
ATM I still use Rock DM, I'm still trying to figure out all the nooks and crannies of Drum Session. As soon as I "Get it" all and it becomes as easy as it should be for me, well I'll prob. still use Rock DM too. I love both of these apps, and they both sound amazing.

I still can't reproduce the record bug...but I've listed it to our team...same with a copy bug in piano roll that seems to make the app hang up in the editor. Never a dull moment here..l

I dont get the recording bug. But when i press the record button and record where does the recording go to?

Im on latest IOS ipad Air 1
I'm using an IPad 4 with iOS 9.3.4 I was advised that iOS 10 might put too much strain on my cpu sonI haven't upgraded. Everything else in the app works great. Just crashes every time I hit record.
I personally don't use the built in record as IAA or via Audiobus works great for sending the Audio to my DAW. But I can see if you don't have AB.
I use record to add accents to the beats already in your timeline I.e. Cymbals crashes...etc

Derek don't know if this has been mentioned. Recording midi abruptly stops after 17 measures when recording both audio and midi into Cubasis or Beatmaker. Might be user overload though or my system resources but will test out more tomorrow.

I would encourage everyone to delete your app and do a fresh install of the update...I updated but didn't have any of the added features. Something new I noticed after a fresh install...

No crash on pad/key edits (make sure and save your factory setup as "factory" in both pad and key configs (I'll have that addressed in a future update so it can't be overwritten.

How do i save my songs so they dont get overwritten after fresh install?
Seem to have the same issue as previously, minor I'm sure, as regards the first bar recording louder (or the subsequent ones more softly) when I copy/paste. Here's a snap....

AudioCopy is kicking my @$$ ....wow. Ok...I'll put this one back on the chopping block. We are still working with a "open in" option because for some reason pasting to AudioShare is kind of wonky like that...it's been a real pain for me too because I use it a lot. Have you tried recording your track directly into AudioShare via IAA? There's a video of it on the Drum Session fb page

No rush ill back it up in itunes before deleting my install just to be safe
iFunbox and iTunes file share after exporting to iTunes ...it saves as a music file
However, I think as long as you save your settings files and user patterns files...you should be good
